My parents were both residents at Tender Care. We chose this facility because of the home like atmosphere. The house is made for gathering family. That is what they do at Tender Care - they gather. The staff is caring and communicate as often as you wish. The caregivers know and care about each individual and help with all their needs. We loved that my parents always shared a room, while they both were alive. All the rooms are private. Everyday exercise, crafts and games are encouraged. We were so fortunate to have our parents at Tender Care.

The staff at Tendercare At Pinehurst is wonderful. We've had a couple of little mishaps, which is a little bit unnerving. I understand that can happen, but it's a matter of life and death for people their age. But overall, we are happy with them. The owner is extremely receptive and helpful on all this stuff, and when this happened he jumped in right away and said, "Hey, we need to do training again with our people to make sure they're up-to-date, and knows what to do on certain situations." It's well-kept, has a nice appearance, and seems like a caring organization.
