Mountainview was very nice. It had apartments and assisted living. There weren't meals for independent, only assisted living. The staff was very nice.

Mountainview was very nice. It had apartments and assisted living. There weren't meals for independent, only assisted living. The staff was very nice.

I would not put my parents at Mountain View for any amount of money. It came off as the horror stories you hear about nursing homes. There were desks where there should have been nurses or somebody but it was completely empty. It was just very dark, dreary, and depressing. The staff services are very poor. When we walked in, there was a receptionist on the phone and we had to stand there and wait for a good amount of time. It was just a very uncaring atmosphere. My sister and I both came out and we just looked at each other and we had shivers. It really was like the awful stories you hear of people sitting in wheelchairs with their head hanging down.
