Our family was unfortunate after a few months and my grandfather passed away moving in there because they promised him a larger room. They stuck them in a small room and he was always lost. I also didn’t like was that they didn’t have 24 nursing care they just had caregiver sleeping on mattresses and closets so I don’t recommend this place. I will keep your level close to family. I can’t tell you how heartbreaking it was that this place thought it was OK to have my grandfather have furniture stacked on top of furniture, which was a hazard that he was having problems finding the bathroom and they didn’t help him in the middle of the night, they didn’t have any kind of an emergency button around his neck. He had wires and all over the floor so it was very uncomfortable. I was really in shock that they would put a senior in a tiny room like that cramped with a bunch of furniture and that that they would think that that wouldn’t be a liability and my grandfather was always lost trying to find the bathroom. They should’ve helped him more and they kept saying to me that they keep finding them in the garage. Well, then you need to help them because then my poor grandfather was having accidents in his bedroom. I found them aloof and uncaring. I didn’t find them particularly nice when I called, they complained that I was calling and talking to him and I was checking up on him . Even though it’s been time, I just wanted to Parent any family that don’t move your people to Windsor far away from their doctors. My grandfather was too far away from any Dr any CARE we barely even saw a Doctor Who stayed there.

Shiloh Green Manor would have been the most affordable place for us. It was a house but it was clean. The only problem was my mom wouldn't have been able to have her dog there. Regardless, she would have liked it there. It was sunny, cheerful, and very clean. When I visited there were two women at the table listening to music and talking with each other. The woman who was running it seemed to have a lot of experience. It was a totally different type of place, and for what it was, it was great. It would have been adequate for my mom. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me some paperwork that I would have to do; I liked them.

All caregivers are caring and well trained in assisting resident for memory care and assisted leaving.the owner husband and wife are friendly and understandable treating their resident are family even for their staff.both of them well trained .youcan defend on them regarding resident.very clean and tidy house their food is always fresh.
