Torrance Care Center West was nice, and there was always someone around assisting a patient. It was nice there and wasn't too bad. The dining room was nice, and they were good in coming to get my grandmother and bringing her to be social. It had no stinky smell.

This faclity does not care that their patients hanging out outside in an non-inclosed area YELLING obscene things all throughout the day and in the middle of the night. Living next to this faclity I often hear patients yelling and cussing from midnight to 4am and back again at 7am.
