Harbor Care Center is a long or short term facility that provides skilled nursing to the patient. The level of patient care is excellent. The patients have always appeared clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The staff always presents a helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly attitude. The facility has the highest standard of cleanliness which is immediately noticeable.

I only rated this 1 star so my post would be seen. My mother was transferred there last night, for a 7-10 day PT stay, and we are already trying to get her moved. She potty chair was not cleaned after use last night, sitting next to her all night, only emptied after use today. They do not know how to manage her pain. Rooms are over crowded, food is greasy. They don't even have a walker for her to use!!
