Highgate at Temecula

I like the social community at Highgate at Temecula very much. They have a lot going on for their residents. I like the way their dining room is set up. There's not a time for the dining room, they can eat at any time, and I like that. I loved their apartments. They had quite a bit of closet space and storage. It was just great. It was really, really nice, and it's very, very convenient right in town. Corinne, the staff member who gave the tour, was fantastic. She was very warm, very informative, and very patient. She's a wonderful person.

Highgate Assisted Living staff are amazingly caring, kind, gentle and patient. We know Mom is being cared for in the most capable and loving way possible, whether we are present or not. She has been using the Memory Day Care program while still living in the Assisted Living Manor side of this facility. As we await a Memory Care room availability, we know she is receiving the best care for her ever- changing needs. During Covid pandemic, the staff has maintained safe practices.

Highgate at Temecula is a nice place. My mother-in-law lives there. The services are adequate. Right now, they're doing bingo, movie night, and exercise classes. I think they're doing most of the ones that they had done before Covid; the typical ones. The room is nice.

When I visited Highgate at Temecula it was not open yet, but they were a high five. They were very elite and it was resort style. It was number one on my list for my mom but their community fee was twice as expensive as everywhere else. They wanted a full month deposit where everybody else was either $1,000 or $2,500, and that's very expensive. They have very large rooms. Their square footage was the largest of all the places I visited, so I really liked that. The resort living was absolutely gorgeous. The only bad thing that I have to say about it is that they have no views. Everything is either facing the street or a parking lot, but the facility was far superior to anything I've seen.
