This place was really great for my mom. She had knee replacement and went to the Californian for rehab. She got better so quickly it was amazing. The rehab staff and all other staff was great. This place was so much smaller than the other nursing homes we checked out, so it felt really homey. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere that really cares about their patients. The room my mom was in was large and well decorated. They offered lots of activities, good food, and caring nurses/assistants.
