But the overall feeling in the facility is a little droopy; which is understandable due to the fact that the residents are all there due to their health standards v. a residency of simple assisted care. But for the most part .. the overall rating is a 4 out of 5 stars. "

"My mom lived on her own for 7 years and then spent 2 years in the Care Facility. She was treated like a Queen! All the staff looked out for her and she was treated with care and respect. Plus the staff always alerted me and kept me in the loop at all times. "

"I stayed in Villa Maria Post Acute for rehab and long-term care. The people who worked here were good. The food wasn't great, and my room was small. The upkeep was alright, and they had bingo."

"My mom is currently staying at Marian Extended Care Center, and I would rate them the highest. I do like them. It's clean, they keep the facility up to date, and the kitchen areas seem very clean too. Just that it bothers me sometimes when they get in a hurry when they want to give her a sunbath or whatever. She says the food is good though and the place is quieter than the other one, and some of the staff are very helpful, but some are very snotty. They seem to be up to par on her medications, and they keep me more updated than the other place did. Since the COVID thing, I don't think they really had any activities as of now, but I know at one time, they used to take them out in the patio area and let them sit out there and refresh in the sun. I don't know if they even let them do that now."

"I like what I saw at Country Oaks Care Center. It was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have activities for the residents. It's expensive, but I'm satisfied with it. My stepmother did not have any complaint. They keep me posted if there were any problems."
