They worked very hard to get my mother in as soon as possible. I watched them give her the most compassionate care and thet trested her with great respect. They stayed in close contact with me and were always available if I had a question. They also gave me hugs when I needed one.

After my dads stroke he needed 24 care. we choose Chez Louse and we are very pleased with how the home runs. the staff is very loving and caring. Good home cooked meals. i would recommend Chez Louse. They have been taking very good care of my father who is enjoying himself there.

This is a great board and care facility, and the people here are really amazing, very involved. Louise, the owner, is wonderful. I've seen her personally sit vigil with dying patients and hold them in her arms. Louise has great standards, and the love and kindness you get is almost as good as what you'd get at home"”probably better than a lot of homes. I've never heard anyone say they've had a bad experience there. Louise has two homes, and both are good. She doesn't live in the facility, but she lives very near and spends a lot of time there. They usually have long waiting lists to get in. It's a very good choice for someone who needs round-the-clock supervision in a small environment. It's especially good for dementia care"”all stages"”unless it's someone who has behavioral issues or who wanders. They might need a higher level of care The food is very good, too"”lots of home cooking. The facility is in a safe, well-manicured suburban neighborhood of Rohnert Park, and the house is well-kept and very homey. There are activities appropriate to board-and-care patients. Families can come take the residents out for outings. I'd recommend this facility to someone who was living at home or in an assisted living facility who was no longer safe living alone and needed 24-hour care. It's excellent for someone who wants a small, homey atmosphere. Dementia patients do well here.
