My husband has been in Rialto Assisted Living for about two years now. The people who work there are very nice and very professional, and they tend to his needs without any problems whatsoever. The facility is clean, and the housekeeping is good. The food is pretty good, from what he tells me. He gets three meals a day, they shower him, and help him change his diapers as needed. That's one of the reasons he's in assisted living, and he's kind of a big man. He had fallen here at home, and I couldn't get him up. I sent him to the hospital and Kaiser called me and said, "We want you to find a place that can take care of him and help him get up if he falls," so I did. I found this facility, and I was very lucky to find them. I thought they were just exactly what he needed. It's nothing fancy. It's not like an apartment or anything. He shares a room. The whole facility has shared rooms. You can pay extra to have your room private just for yourself, but he kind of doesn't mind the company, so it works out well. They meet his needs. The facility is nice. It's a good value for the money. It's a great price for our budget. A lot of them were more expensive than Rialto. They have nursing on-staff available if needed. There's someone there during the night and day. They can provide transportation to and from hospitals or other appointments as needed.

Rialto Assisted Living has minimal staff. They are licensed for 90 and they have 55 people there and 3 care people. Just in my short tour of walking up and down the halls, I probably heard five different rooms call out for assistance, and there was nobody available. The place was clean. They have a nice little lunch room/cafe area. It looks like they serve decent food. I just think that the level of care there was not enough. Irene was our tour guide and she was fine. Sounds like she's been there quite a while. The lady at the front desk was brand new. In the amount of time I was there, I saw one other individual who was taking lunch, and then there were two other people in the lunchroom, probably just cleaning up after lunch. Irene was knowledgeable and that was good. I've seen enough of these homes several years ago when I had to do it with my mom, and we looked at several different places and I would not choose Rialto Assisted Living. There's a shared patio and that was it. I did not see any other amenities. I know that they have a little game room where there were three people squeezed in there playing dominoes. If it were for somebody who was on MediCal, it might be a good place for them, somebody who is not within their means to take care of themselves well.

Everybody at Rialto Assisted Living was friendly, but that one was probably not something that we want for mom. They showed me a room with two beds in there. They have a small closet for each person. It's very, very plain so you decorate it the way you want it, but since you're sharing it with another person, it's really, really hard and I know my mom would not have wanted a shared one. There's also a lot of people there. It was kind of a sad place compared to the other places we saw where it was like a community. The Rialto Assisted Living was not so much. The administrator that took me around knew and told me everything, which was good. I had a hundred questions and he was very knowledgeable. He was nice and the other employees that would pass by (or even the residents) would say hi to him. It was a good experience for me in the way he handled our situation. He told me everything I needed to know and he was very professional.

Rialto Assisted Living is good. The people are friendly and helpful and the staff is sincere. They're a little slow in responding to some things because they don't have a large staff, but they do respond. The rooms are nice, they supply you with dressers, beds, chairs, and a TV set. They have bible study, devotions in the morning, and games. They have something going on about every hour during the day. The dining area is clean and can accommodate everybody. It's in my price range. Some of the places that I looked at were over $3,000. The food is sufficient, but they don't have a large variety of options.

Rialto was a fine place. The apartments are just average. Everything looked average, but it was more affordable. A lot of people were in the day room when I visited. The person who showed me around was very helpful.

We moved my mom to Rialto. Everybody is great, and I'm really happy with all the help I got. It's been a good experience finding her a place. Her apartment is clean and has two beds because she's sharing it with somebody. The bathroom is really close and easy for her to access. It's everything we asked for. They have exercises during the middle of the day, even for those in wheelchairs, and once a week they take the residents on a bus-ride to go to Walmart or wherever else they want to go. The area where she eats is good and they give them really good food three times a day. It's a great place.

This is an assisted living facility in Rialto. Call Sandy. She will answer all your questions. This facility has some low income beds. If you are on SSI consider this facility. The rooms are private and semi private.

I have lived in several different facilities and this one is by far the best. I hope I never have to move! I love it here.
