Belmare Senior Living was very clean. It's a new facility. It's less than a year old. They only have 44 rooms. We didn't see any of their clients out running around, mingling, or doing the physical exercise therapy stuff, so maybe everybody stayed in their room. The staff was good. The rooms were very nice. We were only able to see one bedroom, and it was clean. It had a very nice bathroom. They had a gym, an exercise room, a library, a beauty salon, a media room, and some arts and crafts rooms.

Belmare Senior Living was unbelievably beautiful. It's totally brand new and modern with large hallways. Everything was bright with beautiful artwork and decor and lots of common areas with nice furnishings. It's just an over-the-top, beautiful place. The only downside was it didn't have a nice outdoor park area, like a little inside courtyard. Other than that, it was an amazing facility. The menu looked nice. They had a lot more options than any other place. They showed us their calendar of activities and their activity room. They had a nice art room and another exercise room. They had a lot of activities going on. The staff was great and super nice. For the price, I think it's the best we saw. It was very reasonable for such a nice place.

My dad will be moving into Belmare Senior Living. What I liked about them is the location, the staff, and their facility. It's close to my home. It's nearby, so I feel comfortable. I can see my dad any time I feel like it. It's more convenient than having to go all the way to other locations. It's brand new and you can't beat new. They have a salon. They have activities for the patients that are going to be living there. My main thing is that is new. The person who gave us the tour, Cynthia, was very friendly and nice. She explained everything and answered all of our questions. She was knowledgeable. We were shown where the kitchen was, and the food that was there smells good.
