I'm not happy with Seasons where my mother is staying. There are five to six bedrooms at the place, the helpers barely speak English, and every time I call the house, it goes to the answering machine. I have to check with the Sheriff to know how my mom is doing. There's no communication, there's no activity, and she can't get out of the house. All they do is stay in their rooms. I would never recommend anyone put their parent in there.
