My father is in College Vista. It is a very good, small facility. My only concern is that it is pretty far from my house. Their staff is excellent. They can improve on having a little bit more ventilation, but I like their service.

I really dont know where to start. This place is to be shut down and I will do all i can to do that. Now for me or my loved one but for others. It really looks like a homeless shelter. With hygiene at its lowest. Nurses do not where maskes or gloves, floors are worst then a truck stop in a third world country. I have seen animal shelter cleaner. You have mold growing in bathroom. Just see pictures. Like I said its just un real.
