I was impressed with the amount of physical therapy and occupational therapy that my husband got at Edgewater Skilled Nursing Center. The staff was helpful and the food was good. There gave them choices and that you could order off the menu. He was there before COVID so they had quite a few activities. They had bingo games, entertainers who came in and performed, and people who came in and cut the women's hair and did their nails. The director came to the hospital and visited with us before we went there, so I thought that was very nice. Medicare paid for his stay.

I had a family member in this facility and I’m so impressed how they took care of my family member. The staff went out and beyond their scope of care and made sure that my family member had an exceptional experience. The nursing care and therapy is amazing. This place is highly recommended. This place makes you feel at home but at the same time makes you work on your goals to get better.

My mother is now in Edgewater Skilled Nursing Center. It is a very nice, very clean place, and very caring. All of the staff is wonderful, and the care is excellent. It is the best nursing home my mother has been in. Everything is perfect for what my mom needs. The food is good. My mother is a diabetic, so she is on a restricted diet. My sister has eaten lunch with her several times, and she said the food is very good. It looked good too. They have something going on every day. They have some people who have major problems and can't do much, but there is something for everybody.

My dear friend stayed at Edgewater for several weeks. I was pretty reluctant at first - I didn't know what to expect, and I worried what it would be like. I was completely wrong.. Everyone bent over backwards to help her (and she's not the easiest person to handle). Kim, the therapists, the nurses - everyone. So patient. The only drawback was the doctor kicked her out too soon - but it turns out the doctor works for the insurance company, and they didn't want to keep paying. Oh well - a big thank you to to everyone there.

My husband was at Edgewater. I liked them. They had good physical therapy. There were pleasant people working there, but it was too crowded with too many people in the hallways. My husband had a small bathroom. There was a nice patio. It was also clean. The only thing that was wrong was that it was too crowded and had too many patients.

This facility is fast pace facility and it seems like a nice place to put your loved one in, but it's very busy and noisy, food is terrible, and they used all of my father's therapy days when he really didn't need it.
