My dad was at Country Villa. It's a well-run and clean facility. They provided adequate care for him. I know that they do have an activity room although I was not able to see that. The staff was pretty pleasant, cooperative, and informative as I remembered. They have small rooms with two people in it, but it's adequate.

Our experience at Country Villa Belmont Heights is fine. They can be helpful at times. The patients seem to be happy. The dining area is fine, but the food is not that good. There's a dietician that’s available, but I think he needs to be more active in helping the patients with their food likes and dislikes.

I am currently at Belmont Heights. It's satisfactory but it could be better. I would like them to be a little quicker when I call for them.
