Ivy Park at Seal Beach was super nice and extremely clean. There were no foul smells. The lady said they cleaned several times a day and you could tell that because there was no smell whatsoever in the assisted living or memory care. It's very up-to-date and very beautiful. They have a lot of things for them to do and the rooms were very nice. The lady showed us the menu, and it looked nice, too. She's very knowledgeable and very accommodating. She answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as we wanted because the tour was only scheduled for 90 minutes, and I think we were there for over two hours and she never rushed us off. She spent all the time with us.

I went to Ivy Park at Seal Beach for my father. It's a great area, a very nice area, and just a very first-rate building. The facility and the building are just top-notch. The staff was great. The atmosphere was good, outstanding. The layout of the rooms is good. The dining area was very nice, and excellent. The only issue in this is price. The price is a lot more than anywhere else. So, if money is no object then that's probably the best place you could go. But it's cost-prohibitive.

I toured Ivy Park at Seal Beach. The people were very knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility was very nice and the accommodations were excellent. It was on the higher end price-wise but the facility is well run and it was impressive. The room was fairly standard, and it was clean and nice. They answered all my questions honestly and straightforwardly. They have a small outdoor patio.

Ivy Park at Seal Beach thought Mom might do okay in assisted living, so I viewed an assisted living space because they indicated that they had some memory care patients who were kind of still pretty high functioning, but I visited the memory care also. It was a beautiful facility, but it was very large and Mom would have had her own room there with a shower in it. She needs assistance with showering and I didn't feel like they could keep a proper eye on her, and I felt like she might get lost in that facility. When I went up to memory care on the third floor, there was no outdoor space whatsoever, and all of the residents there seemed to be way lower functioning than my mom. The staff was great. They were wonderful and very engaging. It looked like a resort in there. It was beautiful. It was clean. Everything about it was great, just the concern about the memory care. The dining area for the assisted living was gorgeous. It looked like a restaurant. They were served almost like at a restaurant, where they would have a few choices. I feel like the memory care was kind of lacking in activities and things. It could have been the time of day that I was there, but they weren't engaging the residents at all. I just felt like my mom needed to have stimulation. That wouldn't have been a good fit because at some point she would end up in memory care.

I looked at Ivy Park at Seal Beach, and that was pretty nice. The facility was nice, it was clean, and it seemed to be fairly organized. The only thing about Ivy Park is it's a little close to the 405 Freeway. Regarding the staff, everybody was nice there. It seemed like they had a lot of activities going on. It was a nice building. It was clean. The only negative is that it's very close to the freeway. The freeway runs right behind the facility there.

It was extremely competent, had nice staff, beautifully taken care of and furnished. They provide the care that my friend needs, which is the most important thing. They were very warm and welcoming during the tour. They answered all of our questions. We've been back there three times, and they had no problem with that. We went back to look at the room, and we decided that the original selection was bigger than she needed. They had no problem changing that at the last minute. They were very accommodating. Every room is completely cleaned and painted (I think) because the room that she is moving into (as well as the one we originally selected) were newly painted and all the carpets had been cleaned. It comes with a lovely full kitchen. Every room has a kitchen, and it was very nice. Their menu certainly is very varied and had choices too. They have a bistro for snacks, drinks, coffees, and all kinds of things, in addition to the restaurant area where everybody eats. They have snacks available 24 hours a day and that was important to my friend.

It was about 12 to 13 miles from my house. It is really nice. It is a rather large complex with multiple buildings. It looks like a fairly active place. They have people walking around, so it seems to be a nice place. They have both assisted living and memory care. I have seen the facilities and the rooms. The memory care is the smaller section, and it is up on the third floor. It has got its own theater and recreation room. They have games for the people to play. In the assisted living, they got a theater too. It is pretty well laid out. The staff was nice to me.

My aunt was at Sunrise of Seal Beach. It is an excellent place where there are caring, loving people who take care of the residents. I would recommend it to anybody. The food was very good. I really don't know much about activities because my aunt was in assisted living and went to a Bible study and that's about all she was doing. It's a very wonderful place to be.

My mom is on a wait list. We went there twice. It was very nice, and my mother liked it and felt really comfortable. The location is really good. My mother wanted a kitchen and in the independent living quarters, they had full kitchens. We liked the one-bedroom best.

It was a wonderful, clean, and good-smelling community. The room we looked at was two rooms next to each other with one bath. It was very nice, of decent size, very light, and well appointed. The staff was very caring. They had a lot of activities, but none were applicable to my mother. I would recommend it for people who only need assisted living because they keep them busy, interested, and alive. It was a good environment.

I looked here. I liked the interaction, the activities that were scheduled, and the care for the seniors. Their dining room was set up very well. They had menus for all dietary restrictions. It was like going into a 4-star hotel room. They had activities like dancing, bingo, and trips for people who would like to go to casinos or shopping malls.

Mom is here; everything is fine, and we’re very happy with it. The food is fine; they have a menu. We were looking at cost, location, and support staff, and we felt that they met our needs. The facility is very close to us.

It was extremely neat and clean. It was so pleasant. It did not have any odor. The food that they served was excellent, and the caregivers were fabulous. They really cared. My father-in-law was well taken care of during his last days.
