Deer Hill Estates is an excellent place. It's a very good and very modern facility. It also has estate property for people to roam about, has more to see and do than just a backyard and a front yard, which was something important to me. The facilities were very nice with private bathrooms and showers for each room. There is a big aviary there, and they have a good activities director with a lot of scheduled group activities. The food was excellent, too. The administrator was very knowledgeable and the staff seemed very happy there. It was one of the top ones that I liked.

This is just what you want in a home for the elderly. There are consistent caregivers, who are kind and knowledgeable. The residents are encouraged to feel that it is their home. There are activities because there are four small homes in the same area.

I'm going to move my mom to Deer Hill Estates. When I looked at it, it seemed to be just what she needed. The staff seemed very professional and caring, and the residents seemed to be well cared for. The place was clean.

My father has been at Deer Hill for the past 6 months and what a difference from the last place he was in. Excellent food, and the Care Givers are top notch. My dad has an excellent attitude and is walking again after the Doctor said he wouldn't be. I recommend Deer Hill highly.

Excellent care, atmosphere and probably the best home like this we found in San Diego. My mother has been at Deer Hill for 3 years now and calls it home.
