My mom lived at Scott Villa for 5 years and they took wonderful care of her. They are affordable (by comparison), clean, and run by the most caring, lovely staff. My mom was a tough case and they handled all her quirks with ease. I will be forever grateful to the staff of Scott Villa.

We wanted Scott Villa for my brother, but they did not accept him for medical reasons. They had several features that I liked. They offered one room that was 11x17 square feet. The director was very helpful and supportive. The meals are included in the price, but I did not observe any activities when I was there. The facility was very clean and a moderate size, which I liked.

My grandmother was allowed to walk right out the back door. She suffers from dementia. She was gone for two hours before they even called a relative. We searched all over for her in tears. Luckily for us she found a way to take a cab to her home. This could have gone a different direction for us. I've never been so angry in my life. She also said she left because the people there are mean, and she saw mistreatment happening and couldn't stand it. When she was young she worked at a care home so I do take her word for it.
