I toured The Fountains at Alluvia. I heard great things about the management, and I also know some people who have lived there through the years. They're very pleased with their maintenance. They do upkeep. They care about the people who live there, and they feel like they've strived to keep costs down when they can. The apartments are very spacious, with an attached garage. As far as I could tell, everything was in tip-top shape. They had the clubhouse and a pool, and each little space had its own yard that was maintained. It's a tiny space, but you can plant something of your own if you wish. I was very pleased with the facility.
