Crestview Senior Living was beautiful. Everything was brand new. The facilities were clean. It was just stunning, and it was big. The staff was good. They were friendly and accommodating. It just didn't fit our mom's needs. They had a nice physical therapy room that was close to the front door. They had a beautiful dining room that had a huge fireplace in it, as well as a huge flat- screen television. The tables and chairs were brand new. It looked like you were walking into a top restaurant. They also had a bar separate for those who wanted wine or beer or soda after hours or whatever, and they had staff on hand to do that, that was extra, but it was available to all the residents. They had a very large theater with a big movie screen and the seats like in a movie theater would come down, you could put your Coke or your drink there, and they would show really good movies that they thought people would like to see or people could request a particular movie. They had a beautiful outdoor area that had a barbecue pit, and they would encourage family members of the resident to come and partake and grill and have other family members there. They had a little dog section that if the residents chose to bring their animal there, they could walk it out in this little park and it had like a little tube that the dog could run through and stuff, which I thought was pretty cool. They had nice outdoor seating and stuff like that. They had a room and they had a hairstylist there, so you didn't have to leave the premises to get your hair done.
