The rooms were updated, My friend said that the food was good , especially dinner. The staff were friendly to us , and he had no complaints.

My mother ended up in this horrible place due to wound care. They treated her poorly, she was scared. She was incoherent from medication to the point they had to NOT supply her with the medication for a few days because of their actions. This is not everything, just enough to where I will not suggest anyone's loved one to go there.

This place is a nightmare. My mother went into the rehab for a hip injury and came out 20 days later unable to even stand without two people holding her up. She was incoherent from medication. Scared to death and with a bedsore on the hip that was fractured. And they lost must of her clothing. This is truly a place that no one who loves their family member should even consider. And this is not all the horrors but it should tell you how things are there.

My grandmother went here for rehab. The therapy department was amazing ! Rooms were nice and clean. She enjoyed her stay . Stay was very friendly.

Nobody is accountable. Just won't do what should be common knowledge to provide competent care. Food is disgusting. Meals are not balanced. They use avoidance to keep from addressing the issues.

The staff are very rude and lazy. I went to visit my friend and my friend roommate cant even get on their bed bc they left dirty briefs laying on there bed after they changed them. The food is small portions and very horrible. They have several cases of covid 19 through out the facility.. I would recommend thos place for my dog!!!

They need more nurses there food is awful rehab I’d rate it as great I stayed two weeks my bed was changed one time only one nurse helped me bath my bathroom was never cleaned they took out my garbage out of my room and bathroom moped my floor that was all would I use this place agin never

The first time we went to River City Rehab, there was a lot of attention in every place. My wife came out with good and positive experience. It is good to have a place like that, but I think they need more staffing especially on the weekend.
