I found this facility lacking in medical attention given my mother. I found that the physician only came around once per week and was never available for the family to consult with. I found that, although my mom was one week from death and coughing continually from kidney failure, the staff made no effort to see that she got the proper medical care. I had to make the call which was too late. I was depending on the nurses to know what her problem was and get her treatment. They said no, I was the one who determines if she needs hospital care. What are the trained nurses role here?
