We are so sorry to read your very important review. Our caregivers are trained to be in the home helping with daily tasks, not to sit around and we are sorry this was your experience. We will be sure to alert the office to know this was your experience. We also have the ability to send a different caregiver with our large network available to us. We are happy to allow you to interview a caregiver before they start work to be sure they are a great fit inside your home.

Dear Shannon: I apologize that this is your perception of our organization. I will look into the issue with the credit card, we have an account with Uber for situations such as the one you describe, we do this to help our caregivers in situations where they do not have transportation. We have technology that notifies us when a caregiver does not check in as assigned, I will also investigate the caregiver no shows that you mention. I appreciate you taking the time to offer this feedback. Please take a moment, if you have not done so already, and speak with your office Administrator, Dasheia Vance. I have made her aware of your concerns, and she has assured me she will address them.
