I have been pleased with the services. It's been really good. The caregiver that's with us has been very interested in doing what's needed, and she does it without complaint. It's been good to have her here. It's making a tremendous difference. The bathing is a big way they help. If I had more help, it'd make my life easier.

When I called and needed somebody, they had someone available. I didn't have to wait or worry about it, because there was somebody there. They took care of him very well. I didn't have to worry about someone being with him when he needed someone.

They need to make sure that the client has caregivers here, they need to make sure that they answer the phones, and they need to be able to answer the questions instead of transferring me all over. They need to improve their communication skills.

We value you as a client, and want to ensure that going forward you can be completely satisfied with the services that you receive from Care Advantage. We have a technology, called telephony that verifies our aides arrival each day, so there absolutely should be proactive measures taken if for some reason an aide is delayed. I have spoken with our office team to ensure that all members are aware that this must be done consistently. I hope that you have seen an improvement in the attendance and communication.

They are very nice and very kind, and the people that work for them have been really good. Generally, they are really good and on time, and they are really helpful and answer things that I have questions about. They listen to any questions that I have, and they are always on top of things.

They ought to have their caregivers be more knowledgeable about some things when it comes to things concerning the client. They are here so that I can go to the doctor or go grocery shopping.

I have recommended them in the past. I like the pricing, the insurance billing, and they resolve problems quickly. We went through a few caregivers, but they kept sending a caregiver to try and find the correct fit. They did finally find an individual who is a wonderful fit for my mom. It gives me the ability to get away and take care of other things that I need to, and it gives my mom someone to be there and help her besides me. It has been a good impact.

They did treat me pretty good. They could have been a little cheaper and there was one caregiver that didn't know what she was doing. Rachel has to have to have caregivers 24/7 to take care of me so they helped me with everything.

Everything that Care Advantage said they would do has been done. They have corrected any mistakes that are made. The services have helped my loved one, but it has lifted a big burden off of me as well. I was at my wits end and then we got Care Advantage. I have a better outlook on things and can take better care of my loved one with the help that we have.

I like that they communicate with us when something is going on. When I tell them about special needs and the aides have to be here at a specific time for an appointment, they do their best to get someone here. It helps to have a caregiver here so not all the work is on me. I have bad knees so I can't do all the work myself.

I'm supposed to have somebody Monday through Friday, and right now I only get a girl who works Tuesday and Wednesday. They don't have her come at the times I need, either. They keep telling me that they have somebody to send over, but they never do. They're very helpful. They help me with housework, and they're available to help me when I have to run errands. It's good security, in case I get dizzy or fall or something.

The help they've given me is here on time everyday. I've had trouble in the past, but everything has been great recently. I've had major fatigue issues for years so having some help with chores. If I were to try to vacuum, it would be next to impossible. Also, doing chores wears me out. I used to pull the basket behind me at the grocery store, but it began to injure my shoulder. Having someone there to push the basket is very helpful.

I have had nothing but positive things, the girls are awesome and work really well. They are able to do things around the house that I can't do and keep me in my own home instead of having to live somewhere else. It gives me someone to talk to and if I have an emergency they are right here to help.

They're always very concerned, and they make sure to send someone who can handle the situation. If someone can't come, they get someone to come in their place, and they are very caring. It sure has helped me for the three hours that I have, and there's the shower, lotioning, shaving, bed making, and lunch that helps as well. It sure helps me with my day, and I love it.

The girl that has been coming just seems to know what I need and does it. She doesn't fool around. She is very nice. She takes care of me better anybody did. She seems to know exactly what I need. They've made a lot of difference. I get my house and clothes washed. Without her I'd probably have to go to a nursing home. I don't worry about it now.

I had bad caregivers at the beginning but it has improved 100%. I have three excellent caregivers. The caregiver does things for me. She always see what she can do for me. She will ask if she can get me water and ice.

At first I thought Care Advantage was good, but now it's gotten to the point that the caregivers are not on time. I cannot take care of my mother because I broke my back. I am supposed to have scheduled people and so far no one came in the evening. It depends on the caregivers, but the current caregiver is not good at all. Care Advantage needs to get me someone that help my mother. I don't ask for anything else, but to get a caregiver to help.

Every time that I needed something, like specific questions for the office staff, they would say they would call me that day, and they didn't. It was more of a hassle than a help. I'm glad that I don't have Care Advantage anymore. I have more of a peace of mind without them here. One of the caregivers was very dishonest. It was bad because I depended on Care Advantage. We were devastated with Care Advantage. I was more than patient with them, and I was more kind to them than most people would have been.

With Care Advantage, you need to be clear with them about what you need for the patient. Care Advantage comes in and helps the client take a shower every day. They help him with things he can't do because he is an amputee.

I wouldn't recommend someone to use Care Advantage because my dad has had two different caregivers so far. We were told that the caregivers would cook a meal and do light housekeeping. The first caregiver didn't work out at all and the second one leaves after an hour and a half and has no cooking skills at all. She only does some of the light housekeeping that my father asks her to do. My father has reported the caregiver to the VA and to Care Advantage, but she hasn't improved. The VA is paying for three hours of care and my father is not receiving that. My father is really upset about this service and he feels that the VA is being defrauded by the caregiver from Care Advantage. She is not staying for the entire time that they are paying for.

Whether I would recommend Care Advantage is little hard to say because I have had some problems with Care Advantage. I have had some really good caregivers and some pretty bad caregivers. Some of the caregivers just do things half way. One caregiver was really great and they would even fold my clothes. If Care Advantage does anything to help me, it is great. I can't do much on my own so anything means a lot.

Care Advantage has a hire turnover rate. Care Advantage could have a steady caregiver come everyday that shows up on time and does their job. When the caregiver quits, Care Advantage can replace them quickly.
