The Care Coordinator was so informative, caring, and respectful of our requests it was a easy decision to make. The folks at Home Instead came for a visit prior to her homecoming and helped us prepare and consider safety issues that we didn't even think of. The home health care workers have been punctual, kind, and willing to help in any way. We had one situation that was "not a good fit" and the Care Coordinator assisted us in finding a new home health care worker that was. The nurse has been incredible and so available.
