I am using Care Advantage, Inc. Lynchburg, VA for my parents. They have been helpful. It has taken a little negotiation between the caregiver and my parents to figure out what both sets of people are comfortable with and what she's allowed to do or expected to do. That seems to have worked out, but it has been one of the challenges. The caregiver provided my mother with some care with bathing, getting dressed, and doing some everyday household chores like cooking and laundry. The scheduling has been appropriate and accurate each time. I've had a couple of different scenarios where I had to contact them, and they've been helpful to me.

Team Nurse Inc. was suggested to me, so I hired them. The caregiver helped my mom with bathing, brought her drinks, talked to her and made her as comfortable as possible. I was very happy especially with the last caregiver they sent. They took excellent care of my mom.
