Carriage Hill Retirement had their own memory care that was separate. The rooms were a nice size, and the showers were in the room. They were able to eat in their memory care unit. I saw their food, and it looked good. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and very professional.

My niece moved with her mom to Carriage Hill Retirement. The food is very good, and it's always presented very well on the plates. It's usually meat and a couple of vegetables. The rooms are very big and nicely laid out. You can take your furniture, or you can use it from there. If you can travel, they have a bus that takes people places. They have bingo and a preaching service on Sunday, which my sister and my niece enjoy. The staff is very good and very helpful. They take them out into the common area where there is a TV, and people can sit. The value for money is reasonable.

Carriage Hill Retirement was good. Our experience was OK except when my mother passed away. She was there for a couple of months. The building was well-built. The rooms were good size. They had good food and my mother liked it. We had Christmas dinner there and there was turkey stuffing and macaroni and cheese. The memory care had limited amenities, but they had a television, a gathering area, and a sunroom. They didn't have any activities in memory care. They just did all these things like we were there for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They did the Thanksgiving meal and at Christmas, they exchanged presents.
