"This agency has quit being responsive to our calls and emails and we've only been with them a few months. When someone finally did talk to us about a month ago, they said management had changed and there had been turnover. When you have clients who are dependent on care, this lack of response is unacceptable. We are never told in a timely manner if or even when someone will be sent over for care when our primary caregiver is out. As of today, I am waiting on a promised return call from over two weeks ago. Seem to have lost sight of the true nature of their business."
