I just felt best with Generation Solutions. We hired them because of their approach, their sales pitch, the services that they offered, the price and just everything, the whole package. They seemed to be the most flexible and were able to answer a lot of the questions we had better than the others. They were professional, knowledgeable. The home care assistance knew what they were doing. They knew generally how to do it. They were prompt in terms of time. If they said they were going to be here at a certain time, they were. We really didn't have any complaints. We only used them for a short period. It's a whole lot of time to say but that short period was fine. They were no problems scheduling, no problem billing. Everything was prompt and on time as they said it would be in the beginning. For the time that we had them, we were very satisfied.
