"The caregiver visits my mother at home once a week and is always on time and works her full shift. The heath care provider meet with me yesterday at my mother's house during her weekly visit. She is, without a doubt, the most professional, kind, and compassionate person that I have worked with. We recently had a death in the family and she was on hand to offer support to my mother during a very difficult time.The care giver consistently provides excellent service to my mother. For example, she goes out of her way to organize and clean the house and recently added a quilt to the couch where my mother sets to watch TV. She was not asked to do this, she just did it. It makes for a more comfortable setting for my mother.The caregiver that we have been assigned is a true blessing to my mother and me. Thank you and her for the excellent service provided by your company. The company has been very responsive to my requests to take my mother to the doctor on multiple occasions. I work long hours and sometimes I cannot be on hand to take my other to the doctor. The company has always replied to my requests to transport my mother to the doctor in a timely manor. They are always kind and professional towards me concerning all maters related to my mother's care. "
