My mom has moved into TerraBella Pheasant Ridge. She has a great view. She has access to nature. She has a lovely place at the lake with great views of nature. We were trying to stay with that theme. Her view overlooks the courtyard with trees and deer come up, squirrels come around and birds come. At home, she was feeding the squirrels and the birds and enjoying the deer coming into our yard, so that was the selling factor to be able to kind of continue that theme. I'm very happy with them. The staff are wonderful. When we went up to tour the place, we were also just being mindful of the staff, and when you heard staff talking, you never heard them say anything bad or negative. Everyone was smiling, and everyone was friendly towards each other and towards the members that live there. One staff member was pushing a lady in a wheelchair, and he was just so sweet when he leaned down and said, 'Are you sure you're okay?' He had that caring tone. It wasn't just pushing her onto the next wherever she was going. And then we noticed in the parking lot, as some of the staff were leaving to go home for the day, they were laughing and jovial and smiling, and you didn't hear anything negative from anybody. They didn't know what we were doing there, so it wasn't like everyone had been prepped. I haven't tried the food myself, but I've been in there when they're serving dinner and people are eating. The food looks good and it smells good. There always seems to be something there. There are calendars posted on several walls in different places. They said that when they have activities, they send staff members around to knock on the door saying, 'Hey, we're getting ready to go to Walmart. Do you want to go? Let's go.' It sounds like that, it's not just a calendar being up and you either do it or you don't, they have people trying to engage you. They have books and they have a separate kitchen for people to do activities that would require food. They have a crafts room, and there's always a lady that's working on a puzzle, so there are activities. What we pay for is completely worth it. They also supply refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.

We went to tour TerraBella Pheasant Ridge. It was excellent. We met with the administrator there and he was very thorough in explaining how the facility works. We were able to talk with the chef, too. She was amazing in the way she incorporates her food planning and how she incorporates recipes from the residents into her menu planning. It was a real highlight just to be able to talk personally to her and see how passionate she is about what she does there. We also saw a room that they use for respite care, and it was probably adequate. It was rather small in our opinion, but it was clean and nice. It's a very small facility, which is nice. It was a lovely place.

I toured TerraBella Pheasant Ridge Well. The staff was friendly, and they seemed to know everybody who was there. The rooms were very nice, they had walk-in closets and a lot of storage space. They have a shared room with one living room and bedrooms on each side. They also have a little movie theater, physical therapy, and art and music facilities.

We toured TerraBella Pheasant Ridge. The facility was very clean. Everybody was very nice and helpful. One resident said she loved it there, and the other one was like, 'not so much.' Everyone that we met was nice. The rooms were small. They were painting and getting a room ready for the next resident. It had what my aunt was looking for because she wanted a little kitchenette. It had a little refrigerator if she wanted to keep drinks or whatever in there. Overall, it was clean. I was impressed and my aunt liked it. The person who toured us was very friendly and very outgoing. She had been in this type of field for quite some time. She explained everything to us, and she was nice.

TerraBella Pheasant Ridge was a very nice and very beautiful place. They are private pay so they don't take Medicaid and Medicare. The rooms were very, very nice. They were doing activities in their little day room and they were just having a good time. The memory care was locked. It's secure, but there's a little place where you can go outside and sit down when it gets warm. It was nice.

TerraBella Pheasant Ridge was a wonderful community. Everybody seemed to be very caring. We met several of the staff there as far as nursing and housekeeping. I think that it would be a wonderful place to be. The price is comparable to other places that we've checked into. The staff who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and helped us with some questions we had. They were having lunch when we got there. They have a beauty shop, an area where they do activities, a garden, rocking chairs on the front porch, and a TV room. They have physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. The dining area was very nice. The menu looked really good and had plenty of choices.

I toured. They seemed to offer a lot of activities. It was beautiful, as far as aesthetics go. The rooms were beautiful, and the areas where the patients go were really nice. They had an outdoor area, too. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The layout of the place had a good flow to it, as far as where things were. The rooms were gorgeous. I liked the fact that each of the bathrooms have complete shower facilities. From what I saw from the tour, it was very clean and smelled very nice.

My sister is moving in. I went there yesterday. They were very hospitable, and they were very caring. It seemed to be for the patients, and everything was nice and clean. The food, activities, the things they do, to keep them busy. I was overall pleased with everything about it. It's very clean. I read the menu and it looks like a well-balanced diet. And the food looked like food my sister would want and eat. She's getting a studio, and the room was very clean, it was spacious. They have closets and had her own control of the heat to the room and the cooling, and it was very clean. Nice bathroom, the stuff in the shower looked safe and clean. Very clean.

I toured in person. I was very well accommodated there. It is a nice facility. It is little larger than the other facility, so it seems to fit my dad a little better. Pheasant Ridge is very modern looking. It looks like a very nice hotel from the outside. I don't really have any criticisms. It's clean. The staff was very nice. They have the same amenities as others. I really like their activities because there are a lot of out of the facility activities, but that does not apply for my dad right now unfortunately. What stood out to me was their trip to Paint Bank. It's a small town in Virginia where my dad used to go fishing, so I think he would have really enjoyed that. They do a lot of excursions outside of the area, which would be a really good experience for anyone that went there.

We had a quick tour. It was the nicest one of the places we have visited. It looked like a really nice and clean community. The dining room was attractive. We also knew that it had a list of activities. It had a more wonderful decor than where she is now. The person who gave us the tour was nice and informative. He was helpful in answering all of our questions.

We chose this for my mom because it was close to her home. It was a nice and clean facility. Everything went well and they helped her a lot. The staff was very good. They all liked them. She was in a shared room and it was spacious enough. She had her own dresser and phone. But they shared a TV. She liked the food. They had a game room, a little gym and she had her physical therapy. They had live music that came in on weekends. We had no problem with them.
