He can't be left alone so we have to have someone with him at all times, it's a huge impact. I like that they communicate well, and I haven't had any issues regarding the care of my brother someone is always there. They always handle any problems and they let me know if they have to send a sub.

It's part of the contract that they're supposed to be here for 4 hours and they need to do all of the things they do when they're here. They clean her bathroom and things like that. They're willing to do it if asked, but not on their own. I'd like them to provide more training.

Some had awesome care. The majority of the caregivers did not. I saw my dad's anxiety increase and his health declined because of the care that was provided. It honestly depends on whom the caregiver is. If we were getting a specific one, they were better at care.

David was fabulous. The caregiver helped the most by taking the client to the doctor. We needed to go to the doctor and I couldn't get the client there by myself. We only had the one service from the agency because I was stuck and couldn't get anyone to transport the client. They were very gracious in accommodating our needs and they were very helpful. If we need someone in the future, we will reach out to them.
