I have one caregiver from Abiding Home Health who helps me a lot and keeps everything clean. She is a good match and is very caring. She tries to get me to exercise as much as I can and is going to start me on a program that makes me walk with a walker this week. I have Meals-on-Wheels but she makes sandwiches or whatever I want.
