The nurses that I saw were professional and showed a great deal of empathy. I mostly saw Madaline, and she is a knowledgeable and caring person. She even put up with my husband with a smile.

Had hip replacement surgery and doctor ordered home therapy and bathing care. All health care personnel and aids were very well trained, professional and prompt. They also communicated my progress and any problems direct to my doctor and obtained any additional care information. I have been very please with all aspects of my care, and feel that Optimum was responsible for my speedy recovery. Nancy, Plano,Tx.
