time to change

My mother in law is a current client, and the services are horrible. my father in law share the room with her, and before cleaning anything she ask if he uses this space because then she doesn't have to clean it. They have a dresser in the middle of the room and she wipes half of the (top) of the dresses, because its half on his side, even though my mil has her stuff in the dresser. my mil have to remind her to clean, she doesn't take initiative to do anything. when she uses the kitchen to cook, doesn't clean after herself. she doesn't like to clean. she is on her phone watching videos and etc. we compliant but the rude person visited her, and she (care taker) got lazier, and did less work then before. she calls out, when told to let us or agency know before so substitute can be arrange, but they never have anyone to come and help her out. I'm very disappointed, Sadly agency ( or mil's insurance) is paying her to sit in the house and do little work. when told to clean properly, and work she cries and say I cant. wish they had a negative ratings too.

I have used this provider and have been very disappointed in the office staff/management. Their ethics and business practices have been very questionable. I am in the process of changing agencies.

I've worked with Garland Home Healthcare Agency before and I had a very bad experience. Their service was poor and the people were uncaring. I had an issue with the people who are coming over because there are days that they don't show up on their scheduled visit. I have to call their office to have them send somebody, but no one showed up. That went on for weeks and it's very frustrating. They are so unprofessional and I will not recommend their service to anyone.
