Silver Angels is a non-medical home care company, created as an alternative choice to long-term care for seniors or disabled persons over the age of 21. We serve more than 700 members in Tennessee and are expanding to other states this year. We currently accept CHOICES members and private pays clients. Our services include home delivered meals, Lifeline personal emergency response system, personal care, in-home respite (temporary relief for full time caregiver), assistance with errands and shopping, medication reminders, prescription pick up, minor home modifications, light housekeeping and more. Very Unreliable The company is apparently very understaffed. Of the last six scheduled visits, I received care-giving services twice. Keep their phone number handy, because you will frequently have to call to inquire when (or whether) anyone is going to show up for a scheduled visit.

It seems to be OK so far with Silver Angels, and she is enjoying it. The caregiver has a really good attitude from what my aunt says. I think she washes for her, takes her where she wants to go, and so forth.

The caregiver form Silver Angel comes in and baths my husband. She also cooks breakfast and makes sure he eats. She always sits in the bedroom with my husband in case he needs something. My husband enjoys talking with her too.

The meals cooked by the caregiver are very good. Thank God for the young man that prepares our lunch. God bless Silver Angels too!

Linda form Silver Angels has been extraordinary! She goes far beyond merely providing meals and assisting with daily living necessities. She keeps my mom busy and entertained. Keeping my mom's mind and body active are absolutely essential to her overall health and quality of life.
