I would tell others that Senior Helpers' caregivers come on time, and that was one big problem I had with another agency. I know caregivers can't come sometimes, but Senior Helpers always provides a caregiver. I went to the emergency room and needed someone right away, and Senior Helpers sent someone. We have had three different caregivers at different times, and my wife responds very well to them.

We hired Senior Helpers for my father. It took them about a week to figure out who would be the best fit. They help her more with personal care. They also do wound care. They have just been so wonderful, and I don’t need to worry about my father at all.

I had Senior Helpers for a while. I think it was for about 6 months until my dad passed away and we no longer need their service. It was the first time I needed home care and they were the first ones who came by at the nursing home. I was pleased with the last 2 caregivers they sent me. The last 2 that I had and one of them was Katrina. She was very good and the other one was a little older than Katrina. She was a minister's wife and she was really good. Her name is Shirley. They were helping my dad to the bathroom, made sure that he has midday meal, did light house chores and made his bed. My dad was a fall risk. He had to have somebody with him close by so if he gets out of balance and help him back on track.

I've used Senior Helpers for about 4 or 5 years for my parents. They were excellent! They were recommended to me by a certain group. The caregivers were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very involved and really caring about their patients. We started out with my dad. He had dementia and leukemia. They come in and see him every day. He progressed and got worse. With my mother, they would come in 3 hours a day, 7 days a week, when my father passed away. They help with the meals and cleaning. It was an invaluable service. I am extremely satisfied and very happy with their service back then for my parents.
