"A friend recommended Key Choice Home Care. They were good and I wish they would continue working with me. They helped with cooking, bathing, light housekeeping, transportation, and laundry. But they terminated the services to me without any notice. They called me one morning and told me that nobody else would be coming out that day, and I need to pick another provider. They didn't give any reason why they terminated the service. I suggest they give clients more notice when they're going to terminate the service. I would probably still recommend them. "

"We decided to continue the in-home care, and we have FirstLight Home Care of Columbia West coming here to assist my husband. What they do is they sit with him from 4:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M., and they assist with light in-home cleaning, cooking, laundry, and assist me in changing him. What I like least is they don't send the same person, it's a different person all the time, and that can be very difficult on the patient, there's no consistency with that. Their assistance is the best thing. As far as scheduling, they do it once a week and there are some days like this past weekend where they couldn't send anybody on Saturday, and that was disappointing, but they let you know in advance. The thing is, you're expecting them to do it because you have a contract with them, but it doesn't always happen."
