"I had a very nice time at Wellmore of Lexington. The facility itself was clean, up to date, and decorated nicely. It's a cheerful atmosphere. All the staff were very positive. The clients who were there all seemed to be very content. They have a heated indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, and a gym for the clients. The room that we saw was essentially a studio, which had a small refrigerator, a microwave, a TV, a recliner, and a bed."

"Moved my dad to the memory care unit aT Presbyterian Home in Columbia a year ago. We could. Not be more satisfied with the care and services. My dad is so happy and content. His room is lovey and the environment is very homey. The staff are compassion, caring and professional. Residents don't sit around as there is always something f scheduled for them to do. It's a clean facility and the bery best in my opinion. "

"I guess we are going to be pretty happy with Laurel Crest. We have already moved my parents in and everything seems to be working just fine. The staff has all been there for a very long time. They have a beautiful dining facility. They just seemed to meet everything on the checklist that we needed. They havd a full calendar of activities including shopping trips, visiting speakers, bridge, cards, church, and Bible study. They have a nice beauty salon; plus a lot of varied activities and programs. The food is delicious. The grounds are lovely, the overall feel of this facility is a very uplifting, and very cheerful atmosphere. The residents seemed to have a tight community and genuinely like each other and visit each other. It’s just a very warm and inviting community. "

"My grandmother's building was clean and well maintained. We ate lunch at the Still Hopes cafeteria and it was clean and the food was perfect. There was one disgruntled employee who was somewhat rude to my brothers and myself but that was just one person out of an otherwise stellar staff. the facility is even expanding and there is now a small park with a pathway to walk, which is a big plus. Still Hopes has just recently built a workout facility with a pool and activities room. My grandmother wants a sense of freedom and she gets that with her room and building. The staff in her residence building is helpful and courteous. My grandmother feels comfortable with all the staff and everyone knows her on a first name basis. Overall, I am very pleased with the care and atmosphere of Still Hopes Retirement Community. My grandmother is happy and has had no complaints. She seems happy which is the most important thing. "

"Mom was at the Heritage at Lowman for rehab. The occupational therapy and physical therapy was great, but I didn't like that they held off giving PT for four or five days and not getting her out of bed. I also didn't see the staff that much when I went to visit. Seemed like they were short staffed. Upkeep was good though."

"My tour at Wildewood Downs was very good. The staff I talked to was the sales girl, and she was very nice. The facility itself was good, but it's lacking because it doesn't have a swimming pool. I thought their dining area was ok, and they have lovely grounds."
