I liked their ability to be flexible. I would like to see better training for their staff, it's the nursing assistant lowest level. They need to improve the training. I found that the people they're sending now are not trained in basic household activities. Like how to start a dishwasher, fold clothes, wash clothes, and those sorts of things.
