I toured Lakeview Retirement Community. What I liked best was the location, the access, and the layout of the facility. The person I met was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He had very good chemistry. You could tell they were very engaged with those who lived there. I just felt comfortable with them. The units were nice. However, I can't really explain that for the price point that they're at. I was expecting a little bit more as far as maybe being modern or updated.

Lakeview Retirement Community was a brand new facility built last year, and it's right beside the big dam. The facility was gorgeous. They had massage classes and hairdressers. We ate there. We ordered our food and they brought them to our table. Carmen was the girl that showed us around. She was just precious and really sweet. They had 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. They were beautiful and gorgeously laid out. You had to bring your own furniture, but the paint and all the decorations were gorgeous. You had a full kitchen in all of them. They had a stove, a refrigerator, an icemaker, and a microwave.

Lakeview Retirement Community was awesome. It was luxurious. It was like living at a resort. The rooms I looked at were fantastic. They were a good size and had a great view. The people were just so welcoming and happy to have me. The people who live there are very classy and friendly. They were in my league. The price was quite high. They have independent living. If you need assistance with living, they don't have it. They have no memory care, so that is a drawback. The rooms were nice and very well designed. The common areas were fabulous, from the library to the sitting areas and movie theater. I had brunch with them, and it was very good. The entire surroundings, the service, and set-up were five stars. I loved it.

Lakeview Retirement Community was a great place. It had everything you would need. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. I liked the way they made their food. They have a chef in there. They have a 150-seat movie theater, a gym, nice rooms, and outside trips. You can eat 24 hours a day if you want to. They have room service or you can go to the cafeteria. They have parking garages and regular parking spaces. Overall, we had a good tour.
