They have problems with billing every once in a while, but we usually get it resolved. I don't have any problems with scheduling. We've had a very positive experience. We've had no issues. "We had used Maxim Healthcare Services before. We just continued so we can use the same CNA who's familiar with my husband and familiar with the routine. We didn't have to bring a new person in. He was great. My husband slept most of the time and would just needed assistance when he gets up to use the bathroom. So there wasn't really a whole lot of direct care. We were really satisfied. "

"I would never recommend this company. Had issues with staff showing up and some staff sleeping. The owner was extremely rude. Got double charge and they stated they refunded me and never did. Terminated service and was suppose to get deposit back and they stated they sent it and never received and had to wait another 60 days before issuing another cashier check and then told they would not talk to me anymore and that I could pick up the check from the lawyer but never gave me the name, even though I have asked numerous time. Terminated services 3/24 and as of August 1 still no refund or any information of where to get and they will not answer my calls or emails. She got mad because I would let them did not receive it and ask for lawyers name. She stated I was harassing them because I was trying to get the deposit that they stated I was owned and the mailed. I hired them to care for my father due to being out of state. Worse mistake ever and the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The owner was extremely rude. If you hire them expect not to get your deposit back. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!"

"I spoke with about 3 different companies and Home Help Companions seemed the most willing to work with me. They're very kind and compassionate. I was unable to walk and my husband has just gotten a job in Florida and is leaving the next day. I was scared to death. I could not be left alone. We're self paying. They were able to handle my needs. They were here with me about 12 hours. They would come in at 8:00 in the morning. They help me with my bathroom needs, fix me breakfast, and stay with me during the day. She might leave for a little while and then I have another caregiver come in from like 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm until 12:00 midnight at first. They were just so kind. They take really good care of their clients. They make you feel like family. They've been taking care of me now since March and they've just been wonderful. They also take me to my doctor's appointments because I can't drive. They work with me with whatever I need. They just make you feel cared for and that you're not just a number. They make you feel that they really care about you and your welfare. They make you feel like family. "
