We're using BrightStar Care Augusta. They have CNA care and a skilled nursing care in-home. The caregiver is very good. They have problems with billing every once in a while, but we usually get it resolved. I don't have any problems with scheduling. We've had a very positive experience. We've had no issues. I would recommend using them for your loved ones.
