We had used Maxim Healthcare Services before. We just continued so we can use the same CNA who's familiar with my husband and familiar with the routine. We didn't have to bring a new person in. He was great. My husband slept most of the time and would just needed assistance when he gets up to use the bathroom. So there wasn't really a whole lot of direct care. We were really satisfied.
