I would never recommend this company. Had issues with staff showing up and some staff sleeping. The owner was extremely rude. Got double charge and they stated they refunded me and never did. Terminated service and was suppose to get deposit back and they stated they sent it and never received and had to wait another 60 days before issuing another cashier check and then told they would not talk to me anymore and that I could pick up the check from the lawyer but never gave me the name, even though I have asked numerous time. Terminated services 3/24 and as of August 1 still no refund or any information of where to get and they will not answer my calls or emails. She got mad because I would let them did not receive it and ask for lawyers name. She stated I was harassing them because I was trying to get the deposit that they stated I was owned and the mailed. I hired them to care for my father due to being out of state. Worse mistake ever and the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The owner was extremely rude. If you hire them expect not to get your deposit back. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!
