Right now, I'm physically indisposed. I can't do a lot of things, like hold her. So, they've been taking care of her everyday needs when I can't. They're available, and they seem to take care of business pretty well.

I am the caregiver for my mother and I needed standby relief to be able to take a trip. Her Home Health Care provider assigned by the hospital could not provide the service I was needing. The staff at Brightstar of Lexington went out of their way and "thought outside the box" to arrange the services I needed. It took a little extra effort on their part and they were willing to make it happen. That is alot more than I can say for most agencies. Thank you Brightstar and staff

It provides relief for me and respite care. I cannot leave my husband alone, so I need someone to come in. They work with me to provide care when I need it. Sometimes that is on short notice, and they accommodate me.

They should be more upfront of what they can and cannot do. On two separate nights, I did not know I was not going to be receiving care, so they need to have more people as a backup.

If it wasn't for BrightStar helping him, he would be in a facility. Because of their services, he has been allowed to stay home. I like the promptness, their responsiveness to needs, and the price range.

I went from being bedridden to using a walker. They were responsive and able to get someone here when I needed them. It was extremely short notice.

It seems to be keeping him stable and he's not getting any worse. The nurses are very nice.

The nurse takes really good care of my husband. He has to get tube in his lung for a couple hours and she is really good at it. BrightStar Care is good at sending her out. I really like the service because the care we get is excellent. Our nurse is really good.

They did help. They were efficient and did their work well. They were pleasant. They tried very hard to work around Billy's schedule with their own and they did the work perfectly.

The person who comes out everyday will clean my mother's house, and then leave before her shift is over even though we are supposed to have her for about 3 or 4 hours. I feel like I am not getting my money's worth from them and they are not changing anything about it. My mother is just back in bed when the caregiver comes here, instead of being engaged by the caregiver.

The workers at Brightstar facility came to my house 3x per week to assist my wife Norma with her bathing and making her bed.sometimes they would take her to the store to allow her to independently purchase her personal items. Other times the aides would sit and converse with her. She really seemed to enjoy these visits and talks. I would recommend them to folks that require assistance in the home.
