    They could have a greater impact by going to the bank or the store for us. I think we should be able to trust them to go to the store and to the bank for us.

We always strive to address problems as soon as they arise, but we can only do that successfully if we are notified that there is an issue. Problems are more easily resolved quickly if you notify us directly, rather than through a third party. We value the opportunity we’ve had to serve you for seven years, as one of our top, long-term clients. In addition, I want to emphasize that our home care aides are also required to provide the services you mentioned. If an aide is not willing to provide the individualized services authorized for you, the aide is terminated, which was the outcome in your case.     They help most by sending someone here. I talked to the lady yesterday. I mostly need them to be more dependable. I don't understand it all. I have talked to them and I hope it will get better.

    They come in and sit down, and that's the end of it. She'll sometimes get the urge to clean. They could clean up the kitchen. It's taken me four days to get my room cleaned, but I can do that on my own. I'd recommend them. I'd like them to get up and clean, though.

    I choose All Hearts because of the reviews here, on their website & the many things written about the company on their website that seemed to be just what I was looking for. I had some questions that were suggested to ask a potential care company according to my needs and general operation of things. One very important question was how many aides do you have available now to take my case and I was told 5. I needed someone right away so I choose them. They said that all five of the those aides. were sick right after I got my caseworker to approve things. I was assigned a temporary fill-in. I guess that other aides never didn't recover because the fill-in remained on my case for quite a while until her treatment escalated & I recently had to ask her to leave my home. I contacted the owner and let her know that couldn't take anymore from her. I was supposed to have 7 days of care that I didn't get. She could not do all 7 days as she had a full caseload. I spent several, several weeks not ever getting all of my care and the days that I did get care from the aide I was constantly always being told how tired & sick she was & how she could be at home in her bed if she didn't have to care for me & worse. She could not work any of my scheduled hours so to get any care I had to let her come at night on the weekdays instead of my afternoon care. One day only on the weekend I could get my afternoon and evening care. I could not go to any of my doctor appointments I make any because she could only come at night. I had tried hard to work with this because I truly needed care & I kept being told that they were working on it. I had found out from the aide that they had someone that was going to be my aide, but that her mother had gotten sick. So I waited & waited all the time being subjected to endless complaints & moodswings from the overworked , sick fill-in who daily made me feel like just a burden. The same aide with the sick mother came for 2 1/2 weeks, but sadly her mother became sick again so she had to leave. No other new aide replaced her so I had to endure the overworked aide again. I kept in touch with the owner letting her know that I was concerned with the sick aide & it was hard on because I care about people too and about how she was treating me ,but nothing was done. Finally 3 days ago she was taken off my case after the final incident . I was told a new aide had been hired and that she will come out to meet me and have a meeting to discuss hours. They had suddenly changed my hours and given them to the new aide without even discussing it with me and then I was told what they were the same day when I was informed of the meeting. I wanted to keep my hours on Just 2 days that I formerly had and the other hours the aide could come at the time she wanted. I let the owner know that I want to keep at least 2 days and so I told her so that she could tell the aide. I wantd to see what the aide thought about it & discuss it at the meeting yesterday. Well, she canceled the meeting and took the aide away from my case without us even discussing it . She had sent me two texts early in the morning when she knows I did not go to sleep until the mornings due to sleeping disorders and would only be up in the afternoons . She had not giving me a chance to view her texts or reply after I woke up . She just took the aide off of my case and said that I had refused her services which was not the truth at all. I sought compromise as I had done . We were supposed to have that meeting and discuss my hours ,but she went back on her words completely. I pleaded with the owner not to do that to me as it was unfair. I did not get a chance to talk to the aide and discuss the hours and see how the aide felt about it face to face. I just will not from my experience ever recommend All Hearts to anyone needing care for themselves or their loved ones. Communication is also terrible even the two aides thought so they could not be reached when I called or they called and they would not ever return calls. I was told by one of the aides that the office manager was never in the office most of the day. Text or email to reach someone and it was the owner . I did not see any Heart in them except for the aide that had to leave when her poor mother got sick. Before she left we had gotten closer in our short time . We hugged when she had to leave and wished each other well. Beware small company & small results! Not really responsive to requests at all.

    I've got two kids to care of and it was nice to have them there. She swept and mopped. She helped me with mamma's back. They do really well. They are one of the best people to take care of mamma while she was here, and I couldn't ask for any better. They are very caring people.     They take her outside to get some sun and they take care of her needs while I'm at work. They are very friendly, nice, and do everything they are supposed to do.
