Right At Home has been in my home, helping me care for my Dad since late 2019, when he was 93 They helped him get in & out of the shower, shaved him, fixed his meals & did his laundry. Dad had vascular dementia and CHF, and was on a walker. For the last year was he on oxygen.. These aids were a Godsend to me! Meant I could run errands, go out, do things without having to worry as I knew he was well taken care of in my absence. I could even take a nap! I highly recommend the services they provided and have done so to anyone that asks me about getting care givers, both here in SC and NY & NJ to friends & family. Reliable, caring & personable! They took wonderful care of Dad with me!

We were a client of Right at Home Greenville, SC. The billing, I had no problem with them, but I was not satisfied with the services that they would send to the house. A lot of them did not come in prepared to do anything. I think we had one that came, and she did some work, helped, and sat down and read and started reading the book instead of looking to do something else while she was here. So, I just sent her home. If I were rating their services, I would give it a three. We had four different caregivers, and they were doing non-medical services, more or less like an aide. I think that they need to do a better job of screening their personnel.
