Regency has been terrific to deal with and has been a godsend for our family. I saw the other review and couldn't disagree more. The managers have been so responsive and available in helping our family cope with our parents care needs. I like each of our caregivers who are so nice, respectful and attentive to mom and dad. Everthing has been very professional and the nurse answered our many questions and helped us all get through a real challenging time. It helped to solve some family conflict. Wonderful people to work with. They have all been very patient and supportive in working through everything that seems to keep coming up.
