We're using an RNA through Companion Healthcare-Edmond OK. We've used them for hospice, we've used them for home health, and now we're using them for where you have a companion. The other stuff was all through insurance, but this is a piece that we are choosing to pay for. Right now, he's receiving wound care, he has congestive heart failure so they check that and do the bloodwork. He fell and hurt his arm, so they brought an x-ray machine and x-rayed it. They're very attentive and conscientious. They work with the PCP. We also have a physical therapist. She's got the routine down and she's good at getting his strength back up. And reminding them of all the safety issues that he's got to be aware of to keep himself safe. So we just basically had an RN for wound care and physical therapy. They come 2-3 times a week, and they just stick with him until all the issues are resolved. And anything the doctor needs, x-ray, blood work, whatever, they coordinate that to come to the house and get it taken care of, so he doesn't have to drive. Any challenges I've had, I've just had to call and explain it to them and then they fixed it. Like when there's a nurse who didn't know how to do wound care, so we just called and they switched it immediately. And then yesterday, they didn't have him signed up for physical therapy, so the nurse called me today and said that she's going to get them on PC and therapy. They're very responsive. So I have absolutely no complaints or recommendations.
