There's a registered nurse that they send out and she explains everything that she's doing. She helps me be able to do stuff between visits, she shows me what to do and everything. She takes good care of my wife, she makes sure that there are no problems coming up. She does her blood sugar, her oxygen, her blood pressure, and heart rate. We got along well, we talked about her children, tried to make her comfortable like she was making us. They provide general checkups, if some emergency arrives, they tell us to call them right away, and they're 24-7. They do a wellness check on her well-being, but they don't provide us with anything like hygienic care, it's more medical. They explain everything to you, they have a folder and they go page by page, telling you what's gonna happen. If you have any questions, they give you a number so you can call them, and they're happy to help."
